Returns / Exchanges

At Wabisabi-Experience, we are committed to providing you with the finest Japanese teas, crafted with care to embody the serene beauty of Wabisabi. Due to the delicate nature of our products and to ensure the highest quality, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for tea once it has been shipped or opened. All sales of tea are final.

However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@wabisabi-experience.com within 5 days of receiving your package. We will do our best to address the issue promptly and make things right, offering a replacement or refund to your original payment method as appropriate.

To help us understand your case, please retain all original packaging, including any damaged items, and take clear photographs before contacting us. This will assist us in our assessment and resolution process.

Please note that we cannot handle return requests for wabisabi-experience.com orders in person at any physical locations (if applicable). All inquiries must be made via email.

Refunds

Refunds are only available in accordance with our return policy as stated above. If your refund request is approved, we will process it to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Please be aware that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after 14 days from the date of delivery.
