As part of our Opening Campaign, delight in complimentary shipping on all orders from Japan to the U.S., Canada, and select European regions, as we thoughtfully share in the journey to deliver our teas with serene care. ・Free Shipping:
Celebrate our launch with free shipping on every order! This offer is valid as part of our Opening Campaign and will be applied at checkout.

3. Delivery Locations

・International: We currently ship to the U.S., Canada, Australia, the U.K., and select countries in Europe and Asia. If your country is not listed, please contact us at info@wabisabi-experience.com to inquire about availability.

・Restrictions: Due to import regulations, we may be unable to ship to certain countries. You are responsible for ensuring your order complies with local laws and regulations.

4. Delivery Timeline

・International:

  • U.S. & Canada: 3-5 business days (Standard shipping by FedEx) .
  • Europe: 3-5 business days (Standard shipping).
  • Australia & Asia: 3-5 business days (Standard shipping).

・Delays: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Wabisabi-Experience is not liable for delays beyond our control.
